Homemade potato gnocchi served with a creamy gorgonzola reduction, spinach and finished with roasted walnuts and black pepper

Braised duck leg served with sausages, cannellini beans, potato, thyme and fresh tomato, topped with toasted breadcrumbs

Agulia alla griglia
Grilled garfish fillet served with gremolata dressing and a mixed leaf salad and roasted rosemary potatoes

Pancetta di maiale
Double roasted pork belly with sea salt rubbed crackling served with balsamic reduction and potato mash
