Mafalde ai frutta di mare
Ribbon pappardelle pasta tossed with prawns, scallops, mussles, swordfish, fresh tomato, garlic and basil

Ravioli Grumese (v)
Homemade spinach and ricotta filled pasta parcels with a light cream and tomato sauce finished with roasted pinenuts and black pepper

Risotto con piselli (gf) (v)
Crushed pea and leek risotto drizzled with truffle oil and finished with shaved goat’s cheese

Casoletta d’anatra
Braised duck leg and sausages, cannellini beans, white wine, rosemary and diced truss tomato finished with toasted breadcrumbs

Pancetta di maiale (gf optional)
Double roasted pork belly with sea salt rubbed crackling, sautéed spinach, seeded mustard and white wine reduction with potato mash 

Pesce alla griglia (gf)
Grilled garfish fillets dressed with lemon thyme cremolata, garnished with radish and parsley, and served with roasted rosemary potatoes

Vitello Saltimbocca
Milk fed veal topped with sage and prosciutto, deglazed with prosecco and served with grilled polenta wedges
